Q: Is there a minimum quantity to place an order?

A: Yes, there are minimum quantities which differ by each item. Screen printing requires a 12 piece minimum and embroidery requires a 6 piece minimum. All other products have different order amounts which we can inform you at the time of the quoting process.

Q: Do I have to supply my own artwork?

A: No, We can create the artwork for you, but if you have your own files you can supply those to us.

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: Our normal production time will range from 10 to 15 business days.

Q: What payment options do you offer?

A: We accept all major credit cards and checks.

Q: What services do you offer?

A: Our services include: Screen Printing, Embroidery, Promotional Products, Digital Printing, Awards Programs, and Branding Services. You can also see them on the services tab.

Q: Can I supply my own apparel?

A: Yes, you can supply your own apparel for screen printing and embroidery. We do require the apparel to be new as we will not print on used clothing.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you find your product unsatifactory you have 30 days from the delivery date to notify us and we will take the appropriate steps to get the issue corrected. We do not take the items back, but we will either refund your purchase price or reprint your order at no additional cost.
